Dave Ouellette ran 1:23:22 at the Bradbury Breaker trail race on Sunday, finishing third overall.
Dirigo had a strong L.L.Bean July 4th 10K in tough heat, led by Veronica Graziano winning the women's race and Alexis Wilbert finishing next, with Bethanie Brown completing a Dirigo 1-3. Eric and Jonathan Clement were both in the top 15, Robert Ashby finished ahead of Seth Crockett, and Nevin Duffey plus Dave Ouellette also raced. In the Long Island 5 Miler (postponed to July 5), Nick Denari took the win.

Karley Piers won the Bridgton 4 on the Fourth in 22:45.04, and Taylor Bagley placed third while setting a 10-second course personal best.
At Valor Track Club's first Twilight Series USATF meet at Fitzpatrick Stadium, Clíodhna O'Malley and Bethanie Brown finished 1-2 in the featured women's 5000m in 17:11 and 17:14. Veronica Graziano took 4th in 17:27, Taylor Bagley was 7th in 17:49, and Josie Spaulding was 9th in 18:51.

Maine Running Hall of Famer Robert Ashby continues to show what world-class longevity looks like. Ashby ran 2:47:28 at the Bay of Fundy International Marathon, winning the 50-59 age group and placing third overall.
17:12 5K | Dirigo women 1-2-3
Karley Piers made a fast Back Cove debut in 17:12, leading a Dirigo women's group that took places 1, 2, 3, 5, and 6 with Clíodhna O'Malley, Marah Borgman, Christie Barnes, and Katie Mauro close behind. Crow Norlander led the Dirigo men under 18 minutes, with Adane Bewset, Dave Ouellette, and Nevin Duffey also in the field. Around the track, Seth Crockett did a 4:57 and 2:12 1600/800 double at MECTA, finishing 2nd in both races, Denise Curry broke the 5000m age-group record, and Lauren Austin won W45-49 at the Maine Senior Games 1500m in 5:54.
