Eric Sofen 2:58:22 at Bay State; Christie Barnes 3:27:27 at MDI Marathon
Eric Sofen, one of our best masters runners, achieved the sub-3 marathon for the first time with his 2:58:22 clocking at the Bay State Marathon, and up the Maine coast at the MDI Marathon, Christie Barnes was the 4th woman overall and winner in her 35-39 age group with a 3:27:27.
