Dirigo women pack the front at Back Cove.

Karley Piers made a fast Back Cove debut in 17:12, leading a Dirigo women's group that took places 1, 2, 3, 5, and 6 with ClĂ­odhna O'Malley, Marah Borgman, Christie Barnes, and Katie Mauro close behind. Crow Norlander led the Dirigo men under 18 minutes, with Adane Bewset, Dave Ouellette, and Nevin Duffey also in the field. Around the track, Seth Crockett did a 4:57 and 2:12 1600/800 double at MECTA, finishing 2nd in both races, Denise Curry broke the 5000m age-group record, and Lauren Austin won W45-49 at the Maine Senior Games 1500m in 5:54.

Dirigo stacks wins and deep results across mid-July racing.

Dirigo's mid-July stretch was packed with front-end results: Sammy Mills won the Moxie 5K in 15:23 with Harrison Osborne second in 15:28, Justin Freeman won the Bill Luti 5 Miler, Romayn Richards and Karley Piers won at Westbrook Strong, and Heather Gallant won Emily's Run. The MECTA State Championships added major range from 5K down to 200m, with multiple event wins from Laurel Manville, Harrison Osborne, Seth Crockett, and Chris Kibler.
