Dirigo keeps early June busy.

The June racing calendar came fast: Nick Denari ran 15:58 at Back Cove, Bethanie Brown debuted there in 17:29, and Clíodhna O'Malley, Crow Norlander, Adane Bewset, Marah Borgman, Dave Ouellette, and Nevin Duffey kept the weekly turnout strong. Heather Gallant won the YMCA Fit Fest 5K overall in 17:15, Laurel Manville placed sixth overall, Maddie Sheehan won the women's race at the Bradbury Scuffle, Dave Ouellette was seventh overall, Taylor Bechtel ran 1:20:16 at the Old Port Half, and Marah Borgman won the Maine Running Hall of Fame 5K in 19:26.

Late spring wins carry Dirigo into July.

Dirigo closed May and June with wins, podiums, and a youth state-title relay. Eliza Kerschner was third at the Vermont City Marathon in 2:54:03, Sheri Piers won the Memorial Day 5K in Cumberland, Taylor Bickford won the Market Square Day 10K, Michelle Lilienthal won the Trail to Ale 10K, and Karley Piers returned to Maine with a 23:33 win at the Gorham 4 Miler. Justin Freeman ran 15:29 at Battle Road, Daniel Bannon placed at both Memorial Day and Coconut Chase, Seth Crockett was seventh at Old Port, and Dirigo kept showing up at the Weekly Back Cove Series.

Rob Ashby won the Hyannis Marathon overall, Nick Denari and Chris Harmon went 1-2 at Jimmy the Greeks Frozen 4 Miler, Sherwin Parkhurst won the Hampton Half Marathon, and Joe Satterfield won the Eastern States 20 Miler. New Bedford lists Rob Gomez, Joseph Reynolds, Ryan Collins, Rob Ashby, Thomas Harvey, and Richard Fargo racing for Dirigo, while Loon Mountain includes James Boeding, Rob Gomez, Joe Reynolds, Jeff Walker, James Soldner, Rich Fargo, and Rick Chalmers. Summer results include Alexis Wilbert winning Pat's Pizza Clam Festival, Peter Rearick placing at Emily's Run and YMCA Fit Fest, and Weekly Back Cove entries from Nick Denari and Blaine Moore before the year closes with Beach to Beacon.

At the Maine Marathon COVID-19 Edition, Ryan Collins, Joe Satterfield, and Rob Ashby ran 2:37:22, 2:37:25, and 2:39:45. At the Mid-Winter 10-Mile Classic, Gretchen Speed won the women's race in 1:04:02, while Sam Seekins was second overall, Michael Gordon third overall and first M40-44, Ryan Jara fourth overall, Nick Denari sixth, James Boeding ninth, and Chris Harmon, Ken Akiha, Joe Satterfield, Rob Gomez, Rob Spaulding, Judson Cake, Peter Burke, Mary Pardi, Sarah Baker, Kalie Dunn, and others filled the age-group results.
